Carson, the man behind the monkey mask, holds a bachelor's degree in communication and has completed graduate study hours in education and rhetorical criticism, as well as having spent the better part of two years in law school. His writing experience includes newspaper work, academic publication, writing and editing appellate briefs presented to state Supreme Courts, advertising copywriting experience, and various other projects. His job experience includes work in education, law, corporate management, human resources, radio, retail sales, and document management. He runs a few sites of his own, but has found his greatest talents are in the area of content production.
Monkeyads also receives assistance from Carson's wife, Shari. Shari is a professional educator and works with special needs children. Her writing experience includes both professional efforts and personal projects.
